Community Integration Services & Pathways Northern Kentucky — Empowering Individuals with Disabilities
Supported Living Services are designed to provide individualized support for adults with developmental disabilities who live independently, with family, in a group setting, or are making the transition from an institution to a community setting. Through individualized support planning meetings the needs of each individual are identified and a support package is designed to meet their specific needs. The support package could plan for 24-hour support or a few hours a week, all depending on the individual’s needs.
Residential Support Services supports individuals with developmental disabilities by providing living arrangements and care option tailored to each person's unique needs. Options include living in one of our group homes or staffed residences, or living with a family care provider (adult foster care).
Affordable Housing Opportunities — Providing A Place to Call Home
Housing Opportunities for low-income elderly and disabled adults are available in three locations in Ohio. Parkway Tower is an 85-unit apartment complex for individuals of very low income. Woodlands is a 50-unit senior citizen apartment complex. Antioch Manor is a 24-unit complex for adults with developmental disabilities.
Rehabilitation Centers — Promoting Community Safety through Rehabilitation
The Pogue Rehabilitation Center, located in Cincinnati, and McMahon Rehabilitation Center, located in Dayton, are halfway houses providing services to male parolees who are in the process of reentry into the community. The services provided address issues of chronic mental health, substance abuse, daily life skills, and employment retention. Professionals using a team treatment approach provide ongoing individual and group services in collaboration with the offender and parole officer to meet each offender’s needs.
