Parkway Towers is an 85 unit apartment complex located at 1674 Central Parkway, Cincinnati. Parkway offers both efficiency and 1 bedroom apartments and accepts adults only. All apartments qualif
y as Section 8 housing. Section 8 housing allows qualified individuals to pay up to 30% of their income for rent. All potential applicants must go through a screening process to determine eligibility for an apartment. The screening criteria can be reviewed on weekdays at the Property Manager’s Office between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. All applicants must meet HUD federal guidelines for very low income as well as Parkway’s tenant selection requirements. Along with Section 8 apartments, Parkway Towers also has apartments available that may accept market rate rent or choice vouchers from the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority.
